1 Call with Hiring Manage and 1 (1.5 hour) call with a team member, this was considered the last round. Team said they would reach out with a decision, never rejected me. Ghosted me for over 2 months. Wouldn't respond to any follow up emails....weird! So disappointing as I was a referral as well.
