I was sent an automated rejection email that is the exact same template they used if someone had been rejected without even interviewed. Complete waste of time. One of the interviewers was so uptight about one of my video interview responses because I had attempted to insert some humor in it. What a pretentious, uptight individual.

Phone screening with HR person followed by an interview with the Engineering team and a final technical interview with another Senior engineer. First interview was more about hypothetical situations and questions about my resume. There were some conceptual questions regarding React use cases as well. Both interviewers were friendly although one less than the other. The last interview was a system design question involving caching. It started half an hour later than the scheduled time and went well into night time, which was quite inconvenient. The interviewer however was friendly and collaborative. HR experience was not great. There were some calls scheduled that never happened. They kept stalling between each interview and the whole thing took ages. No feedback provided on the interview despite request. The experience in overall was quite poor. Felt like they were not interested at all and just going through the motions out of favour.
