Interview
The initial interview and computerized testing was conducted by the staffing company. Once that test was passed successfully, another interview was conducted at the company offices. The interview was professional and technical. The interviewer was conducted by the team leader of the group seeking to hire. His recommendation then passed to his manager for a second interview and final approval.
