Disorganized Approach: The interviewers seemed unprepared and unfamiliar with my CV, which made the whole conversation feel pointless. 3. No Feedback: I was promised feedback within a specific time frame, but it’s Nexxie isn’t it? Completely disregarded, and sent a default rejection email on a Friday evening. This level of disrespect for candidates is unacceptable. Their behavior reflects a lack of organization and professionalism. If this is how they treat candidates, I can’t imagine how they treat employees. Don’t waste your time engaging with a company that doesn’t value people. Advice to Management: Respect candidates’ time, stick to schedules, and train your hiring team to handle interviews with basic professionalism. Your current approach is embarrassing.
