I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Nexus Recovery Center (Dallas, TX) in Sep 2023
Interview
From the very beginning, the interview process was well-organized, professional, and welcoming. The team took the time to explain the center's values, mission, and the role in detail, which gave me a clear understanding of the expectations and the impactful work they are doing in the recovery space.
The interview itself was engaging and thoughtful. I felt that the interviewers genuinely wanted to learn about my background, skills, and passion for working in the mental health field. They asked relevant, insightful questions and made sure I had the chance to ask questions as well, which helped me feel confident about my fit within the team.
The overall tone of the interview was positive and supportive, and I could tell the team values creating a collaborative and compassionate environment for both clients and staff. I left the interview feeling even more excited about the opportunity to contribute to such a meaningful cause.
I highly recommend the interview process at Nexus Recovery Center—it was a great experience that reinforced my enthusiasm for joining the team.
The interview was an average interview. I was interviewed by two individuals, the director and the head of another department. They were very nice ladies who were looking for the right person for the job listed.
