Interview
1. My first interaction was with HR, and they were exceptionally pleasant. The conversation was straightforward, covering the basics of the role and the company's culture, which gave me a solid understanding of what to expect.
2. Next, I spoke with the COO. The discussion was standard—focused on my qualifications and how they matched the job requirements. I appreciated the directness, as it allowed me to highlight my relevant skills and experiences.
3. Finally, I had an interview with the client. This experience was less than satisfactory. The client asked questions more suited to a Product Owner or Technical role, which was confusing given that the position I applied for was Scrum Master Project Management. It seemed the client wasn't clear on the role's requirements, leading to a disjointed and unproductive conversation.
It's disheartening when interviewers overstep professional boundaries, and such experiences make me question their understanding of effective interviewing practices.
