Interview
Researched and emailed company with interest to interview and learn about the agency.
A manager responded via phone and asked me a couple of questions as to why I want to be an agent and set up as a time for interview. An hour long interview with manager who basically introduced the company to me and asked very few questions and I was hired on the spot.

Interview
The process was very easy. They asked me about my background and why I wanted to get into real estate. Right away, they signed me up to be an agent. There was a lot of paperwork to go through and some was a little ridiculous like signing a no complete cause. Make sure to take the paperwork home and review it with someone before signing and agreeing to the terms. Other than that, positive experience.
