NextGen Realty interview questions

Pretty easy process. They will hire almost anyone as long as you aren't overly obnoxious. They play a numbers game and hire as many agents as possible. Expect a couple of standard questions.

The process was very easy. They asked me about my background and why I wanted to get into real estate. Right away, they signed me up to be an agent. There was a lot of paperwork to go through and some was a little ridiculous like signing a no complete cause. Make sure to take the paperwork home and review it with someone before signing and agreeing to the terms. Other than that, positive experience.
