I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NextEra Energy, Inc. (Miami, FL) in Apr 2022
Interview
I was applying for the basic starting position that NextEra offers through Florida Power & Light. I met their rep at my college's career fair and was asked to do in person interview with another rep the next day. Very casual and welcoming experience. I think this is how they weed out a basic few. It was a few weeks before I heard anything but I was eventually asked to interview during their big long day of interviews with two different sets of managing principles that was a bit more intense with very creative and thorough questions. A few weeks after that I was offered a position with a personal phone call from a very friendly HR rep. Overall decent experience from a company that's hiring 40+ new grads at a time. I ultimately did not go with this job but it was for other reasons.

Interview
Had a great experience throughout the interviewing process. Started off with an in-person interview with some local engineers and progressed to a set of online interviews. Would rather have had the opportunity for more in-person experiences, but everyone that I talked to was very pleasant.
