Next Step Test Preparation interview questions

I was interviewed by a manager; the interview took place over Google Hangouts. Interviewer was fairly easygoing; he asked me how I liked to teach, what my teaching style was like, and questions like that. I was asked to teach a short five to eight minute lesson on CARS, with my interviewer as a mock student.

30 min interview with hiring manager, followed by 1 hr evaluation session. Need student testimonials. The hiring manager was very helpful throughout the whole process, and very clear instructions were provided each step of the way.
