I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Newton Medical Center (Kansas) (Newton, KS) in Jun 2019
Interview
The process started off with an email, a quick phone screening, a face to face interview then an offer. The overall process was fast, the background was a quick process.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Newton Medical Center (Kansas) (Newton, KS) in Sep 2015
Interview
My interviewer was late to the interview. He then asked to have the door (no window) closed during the interview which made me uncomfortable. He asked very few questions. I left the interview feeling like I knew more about him than he learned about me in my interview. I waited over a month after initially applying to be called for an interview. After waiting so long, I was very disappointed in the interview itself.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Newton Medical Center (Kansas) in Jul 2010
Interview
Submitted resume via job portal and was contacted by employer to fill out online application. Completed the online application and was contacted to setup a phone interview. After a successful phone interview was asked to participate in an onsite interview. During this interview I met with a couple of VPs and the CEO. The CEO took me to lunch and discussed the job in more detail. Shortly after the onsite interview I was contacted with an offer. Salary negotiations were pleasant and simple. The entire process was handled professionally and yet felt very relaxed.

Question 1
To be honest the questions were not terribly difficult. I had worked in a similar position and was quite familiar with what the requirements were likely to be at this new position. I did some preliminary investigation into the employer to try and determine if there were any surprises but could find none.
