The interview was an hour long, and I talked to two different employees for 30 minutes each, which made the experience feel very corporate. The questions were all standard behavioral questions, so they were fairly easy to prepare for.
30 min Zoom call with a representative from the company. Asked standard interview questions. There was a mix of explaining your resume along with some behavioral questions. The process took about two weeks.

It was basic behavioural questions. Like tmay, team work, collaboration, multitasking. They asked me how I would perform in a team, any previous accomplishments as well. And why I wanted to be work at their company. If i was comfortable working in chicago.

The interview process was very brief. It consisted of a short 30 minute phone interview. Only one round of interviews before they accept or reject. Very enjoyable interview, as it was more conversational.
