Phone, second phone, in person. Three rounds total. Average difficulty. In person was with a three-person panel, asking a variety of questions about skills and background. Was given a tour of the design center.

I was contacted by a recruiter via e-mail with information to complete the application process, then prompted to schedule a phone interview within two weeks. Once the phone interview was scheduled, I was asked to submit a portfolio before the call and maintained communication with the recruiter. The phone interview was approximately 45-minutes long. We exchanged questions and answers as we went over my portfolio remotely. The 3 interviewers were employees of Newell Brands and were very personable and caring. When the interview was over, they gave me follow-up information regarding the position.
