It was really nice. You will write the document when you arrive the company for the interview. And, wait for few minutes until the interview in the office. There were 4 interviewers who are so kind and knowledgable. Interview starts with self introduce.

Interview
The hiring process was long and seemed somewhat informal when compared to larger companies int he private sector. It appeared that the interviewer had not prepared for the interview and it was their first time reading my resume. The work environment didn't seem friendly to outsiders. The employees gave the impression that the company was a no sense work place.
