I applied online. I interviewed at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital
Interview
The interview process was very quick and very organized. I was impressed at how smoothly the whole process was. I very much enjoyed this interview process compared to many other interviews I have been on. First I had a phone call with an HR representative. Then a phone interview with the chief PA of the department. Then I had an in person interview where I shadowed practicing PAs first then I had a formal in person interview with the chief PA
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital (New York, NY)
Interview
Over 2 months long, 2 interviews to not get a response. Logged onto portal to see i was no longer being considered. did not have the decency to email me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
tell us about a time you had a problem with your supervisor and how you handled it?
With HR, then the team. Fairly smooth. The team was friendly and the questions were fair. The process is really about getting to know you — not just your medical knowledge, but how you think, communicate, and work with others. They’ll ask about your experience, how you handle tough situations, and why you want the role. It’s also a chance for them to see your personality, how you manage stress, and how well you’d fit with their team and culture.

Interview
Interview was held with multiple people. Fairly easy interview. Straightforward. Was referred by someone from within the company so that’s likely the reason why it was so short and not a long interview.
