Residency: Submitted application mid February, received a phone interview about 1-2 weeks after, then 2 weeks after they asked us to write an essay, 3 weeks after they invited for an in person interview (Beginning of April), then they asked us to submit references that week, 2 weeks after they informed us of their decision (Last week of April)

Very smooth process via zoom with quick response times from both recruiter and manager of unit. Felt very welcoming and showed the good work culture of the hospital. After the interview it took a while for them to get back if you haven’t passed the boards yet
