The entire hiring process took three months. I applied online independently for a skill set that matches well. Heard back from phone interview around two weeks, went well and then silence for a very long time, couldn't verify if still interested in me, quite difficult to get any reply from first-tier recruiter/coordinator. After 5 weeks I heard back from them they are still considering my candidacy and arranged an in-person interview with higher-level recruiter, hiring manager and one staff member. After this stage if the hospital is interested in you the ball will start rolling very fast. Next stage is a test, followed by reference check, followed by a written offer. After the offer, there will be thorough background check for the last seven to fifteen years depending on what type of jobs you apply for. The last two steps won't start until you accept the offer letter. Overall positive experience except the long wait without any update pre interview stage. The hiring process is very transparent and most things conducted online. Be very honest is key in all these steps.
