I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital (New York, NY) in Dec 2017
Interview
The interview process was long! I had a total of 4 interviews. My 1st was by a talent and acquisition coordinator, which lasted at most 5 min. It was very low key and she asked me basic questions such as why I wanted to be a nurse and when I finished school. Things went well and I was then scheduled to talk with the talent acquisition manager two weeks later. This interview was more in depth and my interviewer had been a nurse for 20 years. Things went well and so she told me she'd let me know when she could set up another interview with the Patient Care Director of the respective floor I would be working on. My 3rd interview was scheduled almost two weeks later because of the Christmas holiday. My 3rd interview went OK and I had a call with the talent and acquisition manager and she recommended I return and interview with a different Patient Care Director from another unit. My 4th and final interview went great and I was hired on the spot!

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital
Interview
I did one interview with HR followed by PCD through zoom. The interview did not last more than 30 minutes to an hour altogether. Overall, the interview process was laidback.
I had a phone interview first with the talent acquisition recruiter. Once I passed that, I had a virtual zoom interview with the Manager. All questions typically common for registered nurse questions.
