NewDay interview questions

Intro call with HR after applying online with CV and answering a few questions on the application form. Followed by 30 min intro with hiring manager, preparing a task to present in 1 hour interview, then a culture fit/values interview in person. Overall, it felt like the right length of process. It took some time due to organising the interviews but this was explained so I knew what to expect, and the task felt reasonable in the effort required - enough to get into my skills/experience and for the interviewers to ask interesting questions, but not overkill! I felt I learned enough about the company to make my decision, and vice versa. HR was very supportive and quick to give feedback and updates. Some interview questions could feel a bit scripted but this was likely for fairness among candidates, and I did still get to know the team's personalities. Overall it felt very professional and not too drawn out, so I'd recommend applying.

After applying for the role, did not hear from for a few weeks. Then received an email from their internal recruiter that they are now doing interviews. I was sent MS teams meeting which I attended and no one showed up. I emailed the organiser twice and still no response. This is not a good impression they setting.
