Interview
1ste gesprek gehad met een recruiter. Ging vooral over de functie, bedrijf en relevante achtergrond. 2de gesprek met de Operationeel directeur en Accountmanager(sales). Dit duurde ongeveer een uur. Had geen specifieke opzet. 3de gesprek zou met de Head of Product zijn. Uiteindelijk heb ik na het 2de gesprek bedankt.

- Waarom trok de functie je aan?
- Heb je ervaring in projectmanagement
- De functie is nog redelijk fluide, lijkt je dat leuk?
5 interview rounds each at least an hour. Same questions asked and even somewhat personal. Finally was told that they had selected another candidate but the position is still actively opened. Didn’t find out about the high turn-over until after the interviewing. Very unprofessional and unproductive.

We sometimes work late hours, do you have someone available to help with your kid if you have to meet a deadline?
We see that you have several hobbies, is rugs going to get in the way of meeting deadlines ?
