3 Step process. Phone call, followed by three (3) meetings in total. A lot of pitching the company and what they could do for me, then it was about what I could do for them. Final meeting was formalities and explaining how my career would begin. Overall it was a great experience. I really could not (and still can't) get enough of the positive energy that is overflowing in the office. Everyone is so excited about helping families secure long term financial safety, and it got me hooked.

Long process. Be prepared to be uncovered wide-open. Extensive back ground check. They claim to pay a salary, but the allowance is more like a drawl.
The allowance is equivelant to slightly above mimimun wage. You would need a part-time job to survive or another side-hustle.

They asked about my work experience and my income goals.
Casual, responsive, and fairly easy. A lot of the interview process is learning about the company. The questions are straightforward and focus on attitude and experience. Overall, you will be assigned a manager to interview you and test your relationship-building skills and team skills.
