This was a 3 step interview process. During the initial interview I was asked basic questions about my experience and background. The second interview was a small panel of two interviewers (which I was not warned about) where I asked to come prepared with a detailed recruitment plan. This request was given with less than 24 hours to turn the recruitment plan around. This was a test, which I was later told, to check my ability to flow to work and come prepared. The final interview was a review salary and benefits, which were not at all straightforward.
