You take an online test to determine your character and potential for success. You are then interviewed by a "Partner" who you will report to directly once "contracted." Continuous training is done for literally, three years; during this time you are labeled "new org;" after three you are considered "established." You will work...hard, but you can make a living. As residuals are garnered you can ultimately have money posting to your "ledger" monthly, without you literally, doing nothing (percentages from prior sales).
