During the interview I was asked questions about scenarios in the counseling role. Pretty easy and straightforward. I had to complete a worksheet as well that asked how I’d handle certain clients or situations etc. I was then offered the job contingent upon a background screening and drug test. Once every thing was cleared I was able to start working. The whole process takes about one month.
