Interview
Started with a recruiter screen, then hiring manager interview, then take home coding assessment, then a panel interview which I did not reach. Pretty standard process spread out over a couple weeks. After the coding assessment I was completely ghosted. No mention of whether or not I would move forward, not even a rejection (even though I feel I did very well on the task they gave me). I spent a couple hours on the coding assessment. Feels like a total waste of time.

Question 1
Hiring manager mostly talked about my previous work experience, what I did and what was my part in the development of our products.
Coding assessment was to write a basic server to handle multithreaded processing of incoming inputs. They had performance metrics that the server should reach.
