The interview process went well, I'd even say too easily. They don't give you any challenges that allow you to demonstrate your value with your answers.
I've had two interviews with them, and they were practically identical. They don't provide any information to prepare beforehand; they just ask about your background, experience, the usual stuff.
I passed the first two interviews easily and was invited to the third (and final) one, but I had to decline the offer because I spoke with some internal Account Executives, and they all told me they wouldn't recommend working there. Honestly, I expected it. They're all young, with little experience, and developing a new role with inexperienced management. They didn't give me the professional impression that other companies in the sector do.
The product is outdated and expensive compared to its competitors. 80% of their reps haven't closed a single deal in months, and none of them have reached their quota. With just this information, you can see that it's not a good place to work or develop your sales career.
Only pro is base salary.
