Interview
Was professional and friendly but involved due to security clearance needs.
Technical questions to ensure knowledge were asked as well as views/philosophy of the profession.
Initial response to my mailing in a resume to a newspaper add was a telephone call which resulted in a in-person interview off site. A second interview included a vice president who was friendly and direct. I offer phone cal followed a few days after with a formal offer letter.

Question 1
I found none of the questions difficult or out of the norm. A question was asked about my being able to pass a security clearance. Details of what possible issues may prevent a clearance were provided. Credit/financial is the most common issue.
