1. Application submitted online in mid-September.
2. Received a call mid-November for to complete a phone interview/screening that lasted about 10 minutes. Received a call back a few days later to schedule an interview that following week.
3. Turned out to be a group interview. Arrived with 5 other applicants to what is described by them as "speed dating interviewing" that lasted over an hour. They want you to rotate tables to different supervisors and answer questions. They are big on the STAR method and wrote down if you answered according to that method or not. They are mostly writing what you say down and don't really look at you.
4. In December extended a conditional offer of employment. Required to pass a DOT drug test (to work in the call center), background check, and credit check. Given a start date of the end of January.
The company they use to verify the last 7 years of employment and residential history basically requires you to do all of the legwork for them, stating they can't verify employment anywhere. Found out later they dont even call half of them in the first place. This process took a month.
5. Six days before I supposed to start I got an email that they chose to withdraw their offer of employment because of the level of credit they want their employees to have.
I would not recommend to anyone seeking a job to apply here, especially if you have an employer to submit a 2 weeks notice with, because that was submitted the week before the offer was rescinded.
