Quick, asked personal questions, basic interview overall. Applied online, immediate response. Asked ESL related questions. Smooth process and almost anyone could get the job. Overall easy. The owner was in the room while Coordinator conducted the interview, it was a bit deceiving, as I didn't know it was the owner listening in.
