I had an interview with this company, and was not impressed when the dentist started asking me illegal questions such as did I have children, and what was my marital status. I then was asked to do a working interview, where I worked for 5 hours, training and learning their system with no pay. I was told by the owner that there had been quite a lot of turnover in the company, and the interviewing experience made me uncomfortable. They also hadn't decided the pay rate, the hours, and the job requirements, which, again, made the interview process difficult. It's fine that they did not find me a good match for their company, but the lack of professionalism and the illegalities were a bit frustrating.
