New Energy Nexus interview questions

They dragged the process for months and made me come to the office. They also had me do an assignment and then just ghosted me. I understand that everyone is busy and times are difficult but I thought this was very disrespectful. I hope that you can do better and provide a transparent and equitable interview process.

15 weeks from application to finally hearing back. During this time I was strung along, references were requested ect. Also during this time no former employee was found who had anything positive to say about working in the California office. There seems to have been a mass exodus, as such the interview process was unclear, overly long, and lacked common courtesy.
