Application
I interviewed at Network Rail (London, England)
Interview
Informed and confirmed to me by writing there would be interviewed by a senior manager.
Only when on interview found two junior members of staff were there no explanation why changed, let alone apology.
Throughout the interview, there's no one single question was about the job or skills, I was applying for an experienced position, I was expecting questions like how to source reliable suppliers, high quality products, save cost etc, but unfortunately, none of them asked. all asked about non-job relevant things, it seemed they were looking for someone to their style, they could talk/play with, but not who can actually do a good job for the company---that's not what they concern.

Question 1
What would you do when you see a racial discrimination in your team/office? Or any discrimination activities?
If you were discriminated what would you do?
The interview process was fine - not too formal but that was because it was done on teams. The feedback took a while but I think that was more to do with the fact I went through a recruiter.
