I filled in an online application and after a month the next stage was to complete an online video interview answering one question. I then got a call to arrange a final stage interview which was over the phone due to COVID-19

Question 1
When have you successfully anticipated a client's needs?
Was Invited to the interview after applying on LinkedIn. Had 3 weeks gap before inviting for the interview. One round interview with a panel of 2 members at their office. All situation based and railway based questions for an hour.
Long interview process with a lot of questions asked. Especially about general rail nor every role specific and chance to share who you are. Some questions were hard to answer.
