Open day followed by assessment day. Complete overkill. Group activity, then a test on PM knowledge followed by panel interview during which the senior guy took his phone out to text his family and the other girl wasn’t interested in anything I said at all. She stared into space and upon ending the I/v gave me a really limp handshakes, she cleared didn’t want to touch me. No structure to interview which put me off, I’d be mid response using the STAR approach and the senior would interject and go off on a completely different tangent and wouldn’t let me finish my point. Disappointing process as I expected more professionalism from NWR. Recruiter was brilliant and very professional throughout the whole process.
