Here’s the exact interview process I had, as a fresher:
Round 1: Written Test
Part 1: MCQ questions.
5-6 basic aptitude questions (quantitative, logical).
Also had output identification from code snippets (language was C). Just basic logic is tested.
Part 2: Writing code
We had to write the code on the answer sheet provided.
Questions: Longest palindromic substring, fibonacci
Round 2: Technical Interview
Questions about your tech stack and skills on your resume. Mine was node js and react, with nosql, sql. Be confident on what you have on your resume. They try to find out if you’re just a “vibe coder” without fundamentals. If your fundamentals are good, and you know how to write code for basic problems, you’ll be fine
3rd round: HR round
Few things to note about is, they’ll be transparent about the way you’ll work there. Probation 3 month. You might need to handle a project by yourself some times. You might need to work overtime. Sat sun off. But overall the company has a great work culture
