It was a phone screening and then a video call interview. It was both thirty mins each, and the first one was the HR and then the hiring manager's interview. It was pretty straight forward.
The interview process was long. I met with folks individually, 5 in total, which made the process drag due to fluctuating schedules. After final interview, result was quick. ~ 2 days.

Liked me at my first interview but didn't give any follow up progress for 2 months. Told me to wait until assigned manager could schedule 2nd interview but never did, and got denial.
Much more extensive than any other interview process I've ever taken part of. 5-6 rounds of meeting anywhere from 1-3 people per round. Each round was minimum 1 hour long. Was assigned hypothetical questions intended to test my knowledge in the industry.
