However, one major drawback is the compensation. The starting pay is quite low, and there’s a strict two-year commitment. If you leave before completing this period, you’re required to pay a significant penalty. Even after staying the full term, the promotion only raises the salary to $70,000, which, in my opinion, doesn’t reflect the value of the work.
For new grads, I recommend exploring other opportunities that offer better compensation and growth potential. There are plenty of amazing roles out there worth considering!
