The proces of hiring was mainly consist of 2 phases, a writen aptitude test and a face to face interview. Writen test evaluvates our blockchain knowledge and programming logic by answering 3 of the 5 problems. Face to face interview tests your technical skills in blockchain, fullstack development etc. Overall selection process is comparatively fast and that is an advantage.
