I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NetCraftsmen (Washington, DC) in Dec 2019
Interview
I would have to say even though I did not get the position the process of hiring with this organization was phenomenal. Jed the Director of Recruiting was honest and informative. I initially interviewed for the TPM position at their Washington DC locations however was found to be a candidate for their Senior position. The senior position was shelved and they already had found great candidates for the position I applied for. I sincerely enjoyed the interview with Kim. Kim, has over 20 years of experience in the industry, I was even able to learn something new from her during the interview which is always a plus. Perhaps I will look back in the future with this organization and see if they have any new positions available. Anyone should be grateful to interview let alone interview with Netcraftsmen. Thank you for the opportunity.
Thank you for the review. We strive to make the process both detailed and interactive so that both we and candidates get a good understanding of whether we are a fit for each other. We look forward to talking with you again.

Interview
It's a 4 part process. You work with the recruiter and they has basic technical questions, once they have a gauge of your abilities, you are forwarded on to a phone interview. If that goes well, you are forwarded to an in-person white-board technical interview which can be 2-3 hours. If that also goes well, you are forwarded on to the leadership team where you speak with 2 VPs and the CEO. Then you go back to the recruiter to discuss final salary and start date.

Question 1
Why do you think you would be a good fit for NetCraftsmen?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NetCraftsmen (Columbia, MD) in Jan 2018
Interview
You will have an in-person interview at their HQ. Its a small office. You will interview with the C level executives. It was weird. The operations supervisor actually chastised me for wearing a suit to the interview. Also, the president of the company keeps a dog in his office. Not a professional atmosphere.

Question 1
They were standard questions. They want to see if you are a "cultural" fit.
I am sorry you felt put off by the casual nature of our office. We try to be Family oriented, hence the dog. We try to spend our energy on supporting our Employees once they are hired.
