I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at NetApp (Blacksburg, VA) in Sep 2015
Interview
It was pretty painless. Interviewers were very down to earth and easy to talk to. Mainly talked about my day to day role and logistics. It was a group interview, and my direct manager was present, so it was nice to get to know her and see what it would really be like working under her. The other two people present were alumni, both very nice and knowledgable and helpful.
