I applied for a role in a newly created team. 2 days after, I was scheduled for a screening interview with a recruiter. It was a standard screening interview to get to know my background and skillset, why I have an interest in the role, etc. Although I did not end up getting an offer because the position was put on hold due to internal reasons, I appreciated the process as the communication with the recruiter was very transparent, professional and quick.
