Not well organized at all.
60-70% of time schedule was related to the company and rest individual questions.
Not clear questions with regards the vacancy.
It was more a unofficially chat than an interview

Phone interview - f2f interview at Neste HQ - online aptitude and ability test at home - Business case and interview by an awful third party recruiter company called Fennos Associates. Fennos assessment quality is substandard and full of mistakes. The assessor at Fennos did an inappropriate job in running the process maybe due to being inexperienced or unprofessional. Fennos report was inaccurate and self-contradictory. In a feedback session at Fennos, the assessor agreed to the problems in the assessment but refused to change the ratings and asked me to do it by myself!! Overall, I had my worst candidate experience with Fennos and they totally damaged the reputation of Neste in my mind.
