Pathetic experience. The HR directly called me, took all my details, and set up the first technical round online.
Round 1:- The panel who was supposed to join the interview didn't join on time. They asked me to wait. I waited patiently for about 5-8 minutes, another interviewer proxied the actual panel and joined the call. He appeared uninterested as if he was forced to join the call. There was so much background noise from his side, and I am sure he was not paying 100% attention to my answers. Asked me around 10 simple questions about Jenkins, Docker, and AWS, and he was done with the interview. I answered all of them correctly.
The interview was done in 22 minutes, including initial 5 minutes of wait, and the next 2-3 minutes of introduction.
Leaving the interviewer's attitude aside, I had full hope of clearing this round because I did well.
Waited for 1-2 days, no communication. I sent an email, that got ignored. Called after a few days to know the feedback, but the call went unanswered. At this point, I was assuming that they are not interested to proceed.
After 10 days, I just called them again and got "I think I have emailed you that you didn't get selected".
I am so glad they didn't hire me because working with people like that would be a nightmare.
