Neosys Software interview questions

i have attend the first round aptitude and some email writing and some of aptitude question a based on number system , general English,based on experience candidates are comming

There was a small aptitude test to begin with.after that we were called for second round.the guy taking the interview was least interested in taking my interview and had already made up his mind.why waste candidates time.there was not even in one technical question asked .and most of the people working there have ms degrees no wonder they could not get any jobs in us.
