I had such a wonderful interview experience with the HR Manager. I see his passion and love for recruiting and Human Resources. And hope to be a part of his team. We have the same vision and goals, and I could see myself helping this company grow. I had such a wonderful experience meeting with everyone in the corporate office and hope to join this team. I am waiting to see if I get an offer to work with this company.

Interview

I met with HR and the CEO. Both asked very good questions based around real-life situations. This is where my personal experience really helped me. The CEO really understood the many challenges that come with this industry. I can see how some would be scared by this, but I think this is so important. And after talking with the CEO, if you didn't understand something, he was cool enough to go through it with you to help you gain a vision of the bigger picture.

Met with the HR Manager at first because the CEO was late. She was very professional and asked the right questions. The CEO was 1 1/2 hour late for the interview.
