I met with HR and the CEO. Both asked very good questions based around real-life situations. This is where my personal experience really helped me. The CEO really understood the many challenges that come with this industry. I can see how some would be scared by this, but I think this is so important. And after talking with the CEO, if you didn't understand something, he was cool enough to go through it with you to help you gain a vision of the bigger picture.
