I had an in person interview with store manager, very straightforward. Asked about experience and availability for work. Gave run-down of the job and asked if I had any questions. The whole process was very simple overall!

She asked me some personal questions than had me order a drink. It was really that simple. She failed to explain everything that was going to happen once I was hired. She only talked about the positive aspects of working there and avoided the negative. She should have told me before I accepted the job that this is a terrible first job for a young person.
