After submitting my application, I was asked to complete two assessments, followed by a HireVue interview that included video responses and two written questions. The interview questions themselves were straightforward and not particularly difficult.
While the process was relatively simple to complete, I am not a fan of one-way video interviews and found this stage less candidate-friendly than a live conversation with a recruiter or hiring manager. I believe this format can create barriers for some applicants and may not provide the best opportunity for candidates to demonstrate their qualifications.
