I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Neighborhood Medical Center (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2024
Interview
I had an excellent interview there with the medical billing lead. Everything went fine and it seemed they want me join them. she told me to wait for the response, it was a very long wait until I emailed them myself then they responded with a good news and also asked to come for a 2nd interview with the COO. Again, it was a long wait, they didn’t called and messaged me the schedule for 2nd interview, also no response on my emails. After few days, Billing Lead sent me a long text message saying that she is so sorry because my qualifications and expertise were matched with the Job title but she is unable to hire me Now as there were some administrative changes and they cannot proceed with my hiring.
That was a very strange and unprofessional behavior I have ever experience in my life.
