The interview process was poorly managed and, at times, questionable. The UK-based recruiter, Bethany, was unresponsive - ghosting me and failing to follow up in a timely or proactive manner. I can’t recall the last time I experienced this level of unprofessionalism. A recruiter should be a reliable point of contact and provide clear guidance throughout the process. Unfortunately, that standard was not met here, which significantly tarnished the overall experience.
